Logging Into PurpleCloud For The First Time

To use PurpleCloud, you must utilize the Google Chrome browser. If you do not have Chrome, you must download it first  by accessing it from your app store if using the software on a tablet or phone. After downloading Chrome, open up the browser and type in app.purplecloudtech.com in the address bar. 

Once you access the webpage, you will see this on your screen:


The property ID = your domain. This was/will be provided to you during training or you may be able to receive that information from a PurpleCloud admin located on your property.

Your username = the username you were provided during training or from an admin.

Your password = the password that the admin setup for you. Only admins can reset your password, FYI.

After inputting the information, simply click on the "Sign In" button.
