1. Click Gallery in the top menu area (to the right of Home) to view all pictures taken within the hotel and/or to generate a Picture Report.
2. The Gallery has filters up top to sort pictures based on Date, Location, Status, and Type.
3. Once the picture(s) is located, click the green Generate Picture Report button in order to produce a letter to send out to guests with the attached picture(s).
4. After filtering the pictures, pick who took the photo, which room the picture was taken, and then write out a message in Photo Report Comments section.
5. After clicking the green Produce Report button, a report is produced that can be printed out or saved as a PDF to be emailed.
