Front Desk - Message Assignment Screen Training

1. In this tutorial, we will go over how to assign and reassign items.

2. Associates can directly access the assignment area by clicking on any Work Order, Need, or Request but please check with management to get approval before assigning messages.



3. After opening up an item, scroll down to the box where it lists the staff's name.



4. Then after clicking on the staff's name in the box, a drop-down will appear with a list of other staff members that the associate can select from.



5. After a new staff member is selected, the item is immediately updated and sent to that staff member.
