How To Submit A Ticket To PurpleCloud Support

To submit a support ticket, you can email our support team at or if you are a PurpleCloud admin, you can simply log-in to PurpleCloud and click on the gray circle (it may be your picture if you uploaded one into PurpleCloud) at the top left corner of the screen and click on the Support button:


When emailing support, please include the following:

1. First and Last name

2. Hotel or property name in which you are submitting the request for

3. A screenshot of the problem if possible

4. A detailed description of the problem and the steps you have taken to resolve the issue

5. If receiving error messages, please include the exact error message you are seeing on your screen
